Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules and quality targets are consistently met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing operators, fostering a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment, ensuring all safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules are strictly followed.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and performance documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), GMP, and ISO regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
