Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery
- Manage team performance through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Implement and maintain quality control standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and production departments
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Prepare performance reports and maintain operational documentation
Kualifikasi
- SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing/transport
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic knowledge of OHS regulations
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
