In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the technical management and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and supervision of MEP installation teams to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and job descriptions to ensure all tasks align with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain safety standards and technical compliance.
- Coordinate closely with management and other departments to address technical issues and resolve project bottlenecks.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring they understand their roles and perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure all work is performed in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
- Manage project schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (S1 Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, or Teknik Elektro).
- Proven experience working as a Supervisor or Senior Engineer in the construction or MEP industry.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and technical standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
- Valid professional certification or license is preferred.
