Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise MEP technicians during installation, maintenance, and repair activities
- Coordinate project schedules and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks for MEP systems
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of MEP supervision experience in construction or facilities management
- Proficiency in MEP system design principles and installation methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and safety regulations
- Certification in MEP management or project management (PMP) preferred
- Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, and MEP design software
