Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise MEP teams across project phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits
- Prepare project documentation including progress reports, risk assessments, and change orders
- Manage resource allocation and optimize team productivity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of MEP supervisory experience in large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and safety protocols
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Certification in MEP project management is preferred
