Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise MEP installations per technical drawings and quality specifications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and laborers
- Conduct material inspections and quality control verifications
- Implement and enforce K3 safety regulations on-site
- Prepare progress reports and troubleshoot installation issues
- Oversee system testing, commissioning, and handover processes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years MEP supervision experience in construction
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Certification in K3 safety protocols (Indonesian standard)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with project management software and reporting tools
