Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate MEP system installations in construction projects
- Ensure compliance with technical drawings, safety standards, and project specifications
- Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment
- Conduct regular quality inspections and performance audits
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of MEP implementation supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and industry standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project documentation
- Leadership experience with team management and resource allocation
- Certification in MEP project management (e.g., PMP, CEng) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
