Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for MEP technicians to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor work progress and quality standards, ensuring compliance with blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical issues during the installation phase.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to manage site resources and materials effectively.
- Maintain detailed daily progress reports, including labor hours, equipment usage, and site conditions.
- Ensure all MEP systems are tested, commissioned, and documented according to client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior field staff to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role in the construction or contracting industry.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical distribution, Plumbing, and Firefighting).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and technical schematics.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse field teams.
- Solid understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards in construction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and standard construction reporting software.
