Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure the preparation of authentic Nyonya dishes.
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and place orders to minimize waste and ensure stock availability.
  • Enforce strict adherence to food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Control food costs and portion sizes to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on all dishes before service.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or Head Chef specializing in Nyonya or Peranakan cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional spices, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Certification in culinary arts or hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Valid Food Handler’s certificate.
