Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of multiple cloud kitchen outlets across Makassar and Bali
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Optimize kitchen workflows and delivery logistics for maximum efficiency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain service excellence
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain management
- Implement cost-control measures and operational improvements
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly
- Collaborate with regional management to achieve business targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Proven track record in cloud kitchen or multi-outlet management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian food safety regulations (BPOM, Halal certification)
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP)
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments during peak hours
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
