Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of mechanics to ensure efficient maintenance operations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for vehicles and heavy equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of spare parts/tools
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with operations department to minimize equipment downtime
- Train staff on new maintenance techniques and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in vehicle/heavy equipment maintenance
- 2+ years in supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and diagnostic techniques
- Certification in heavy equipment maintenance (preferred)
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
