Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise a team of AC technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality work performance
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems according to company standards
- Ensure all work complies with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure targets are met within specified timeframes
- Train and mentor technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on completed work
- Prepare and submit reports on team performance and project status
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC operations and maintenance
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Certification in HVAC systems is a plus
