Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and smooth workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Maintain strict stock control and inventory management to minimize waste and optimize supply levels.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries professionally and handling client feedback constructively.
- Prepare and submit accurate operational, HR, and financial reports on a regular basis.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures to maintain a compliant environment.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, wellness, or tourism industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, inventory control, and operational management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Relevant certification in hospitality management or reflexology is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
