Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise end-to-end administration of palm oil trading transactions across domestic and international markets
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, customs procedures, and sustainability standards
- Coordinate documentation processing including letters of credit, shipping documents, and quality certifications
- Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to inform strategic trading decisions
- Manage administrative team performance and workflow optimization
- Liaise with suppliers, buyers, logistics partners, and regulatory bodies
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for trading operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in palm oil trading or commodity administration
- Proven track record in team supervision and administrative process management
- Strong understanding of Indonesian and international trade regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and trading documentation software
- Excellent analytical skills for market trend interpretation
- Certification in supply chain or trade compliance preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
