Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations and ensure efficient workflow in the facility
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and feedback
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular inspections and address operational issues promptly
- Prepare and submit operational reports and performance metrics
- Manage inventory and resources to optimize operational efficiency
- Foster a positive work environment and team culture
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in waste management or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work in shifts if required
