We are seeking an experienced Supervisor, PC Controller to lead our sales support and Paint Consultant (PC) team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive sales excellence by monitoring in-store promotional activities, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and fostering customer loyalty programs. You'll oversee the effective distribution of sales kits while maintaining operational efficiency across Tangerang's retail network. This position requires strategic oversight of team performance, promotional execution, and sales support processes to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily activities of Sales Support and Paint Consultant teams
- Monitor in-store promotional campaigns for compliance and effectiveness
- Track and analyze sales target achievement across all assigned outlets
- Implement customer loyalty programs and retention strategies
- Coordinate distribution and management of sales kits and promotional materials
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing to align promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years experience in retail/supervisory roles
- Strong understanding of paint/construction industry products
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours
