Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property sales agents to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies for property developments in Tambun Selatan area
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
  • Oversee client relationship management and ensure high satisfaction rates
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and present progress to senior management

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years experience in property sales with at least 1 year in supervisory role
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in real estate
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Deep understanding of West Java property market dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • S1 degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
