Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the entire process of permit application, renewal, and reporting for all company operations.
- Ensure full compliance with local, provincial, and national regulations in the mining and energy sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for interactions with government authorities and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide timely updates to management regarding impacts on business activities.
- Develop and maintain a robust tracking system for all permit timelines, expirations, and status reports.
- Prepare high-quality documentation and technical reports for licensing requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure operational adherence to legal standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Mining Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in permit management or regulatory compliance, preferably in the mining or energy industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations (UU Minerba) and environmental permitting procedures.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Strong integrity and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
