Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate piping installation activities in shipyard projects
- Ensure all piping work complies with international standards and regulations
- Manage and mentor a team of piping technicians and workers
- Review technical drawings and specifications for accuracy
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct regular quality inspections and address any issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in shipbuilding piping systems
- Strong knowledge of international piping standards and regulations
- Proven leadership experience in supervising technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Certification in relevant engineering fields is a plus
- Familiarity with shipyard operations and procedures
