PT TRICOPLA is seeking a dynamic and resilient Supervisor for our Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) department. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our factory's operational efficiency, ensuring that production schedules are met, inventory levels are optimized, and supply chain processes are seamless. We are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between production floor needs and strategic planning.
As a Supervisor PPIC, you will lead a team of planners, analyze complex data, and implement innovative solutions to reduce waste and improve turnaround times. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure raw materials are available when needed and finished goods are delivered on time. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery and adherence to manufacturing plans.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts of critical raw materials and reduce excess finished goods.
- Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align supply with demand.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Supervise and mentor the PPIC team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems to ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PPIC, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning principles, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent software).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and solve problems.
