In this key role, you will oversee the daily operations of our central kitchen, ensuring that our premium superfood products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Manage and motivate the production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety standards (HACCP) at all times.
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products to maintain brand integrity.
- Train new employees on production techniques, machinery operation, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or waste to management.
- Resolve operational issues quickly to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production environment or central kitchen.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and handling physical tasks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with foreign workers and managing multicultural teams.
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in food production is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work shifts as required.
