Join Venture Corporation as a Production Supervisor (Box Build Assembly) and lead our manufacturing operations to excellence in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily box build assembly operations to ensure production targets are met
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
- Train and mentor production staff to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for necessary materials
- Conduct regular quality checks and address any production issues promptly
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in box build assembly
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is an added advantage
