Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise production personnel to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
- Oversee finishing processes to ensure product quality adheres to strict engineering specifications.
- Monitor and optimize production workflows to minimize downtime and reduce material wastage.
- Enforce stringent health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols across the production floor.
- Conduct regular training and mentorship sessions to upskill team members and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate production reports and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Manufacturing) or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or precast concrete environment.
- Strong understanding of finishing techniques and production quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proven ability to solve operational problems and make quick, informed decisions on the shop floor.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and production plans.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
