Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily coal production operations and extraction activities
- Ensure compliance with mining safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate workforce allocation and equipment deployment for optimal output
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular safety inspections and incident investigations
- Prepare production reports and performance analysis for management
- Train and mentor production teams on operational best practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams on mine planning and development
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in coal mining operations supervision
- Valid K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) certification mandatory
- Strong knowledge of coal extraction methods and equipment
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing production teams
- Ability to work in remote mining locations with rotational schedules
- Proficient in production reporting and operational analysis
- Experience with environmental compliance in mining operations
