As a Project Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our field operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are executed safely, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between office management and field teams.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure strict compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site labor to maintain project timelines and work schedules.
- Ensure that all on-site safety protocols and health regulations are rigorously followed by all personnel.
- Monitor material usage and equipment status to minimize wastage and ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management, highlighting site challenges and potential solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and project engineers to resolve technical issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Manage site resources effectively to ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience as a Project Supervisor in a construction/contractor environment.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Strong understanding of construction blueprints, technical drawings, and building regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site management.
- Willingness to be based in Banten and travel to project sites as required.
