Enviromate Technology International is a leader in environmental engineering and waste management solutions for the energy sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor for Drilling Cutting to oversee our waste management operations for geothermal projects in West Java.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for onsite operations, ensuring that drilling cutting processes are managed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with environmental regulations. The successful candidate will lead a field team, optimize project workflows, and maintain the highest standards of operational excellence within the geothermal exploration environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor all drilling cutting management activities at the geothermal site.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations.
- Manage and coordinate onsite operational teams to ensure project timelines and KPIs are achieved.
- Execute daily quality control checks on drilling cutting separation and containment systems.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly field reports regarding equipment performance and waste volume.
- Liaise with drilling contractors and onsite project managers to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory control for chemicals and equipment required for waste management processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in drilling, waste management, or geothermal operations.
- In-depth knowledge of drilling cutting separation technology and waste handling protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in high-pressure remote environments.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., K3 Migas) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in remote project locations across West Java.
