In this pivotal role, you will oversee the quality assurance processes to ensure our products meet the highest industry standards and consumer expectations. As a Supervisor Quality Control, you will be the guardian of our product integrity. You will lead inspection teams, analyze production data, and implement strategic measures to minimize defects. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality control staff, providing training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality tools.
- Analyze production data and quality trends to identify root causes of defects and implement effective corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports, including non-conformance reports (NCRs) and audit findings.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize processes and reduce waste while maintaining quality.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO, and other relevant food safety and quality management systems.
- Conduct regular calibration and maintenance checks on quality control equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO quality standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
