Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end accounting processes for a portfolio of Real Assets funds, ensuring timely and accurate NAV delivery.
- Review financial statements, management fee calculations, and capital call/distribution notices for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior accountants, fostering a culture of professional growth and operational excellence.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and proactively managing expectations regarding reporting and deliverables.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments to facilitate year-end audits and regulatory filings.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk within fund accounting workflows.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to internal control frameworks and global Citco operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in fund accounting, specifically within the Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Private Equity sectors.
- Solid understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and current fund accounting reporting standards.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise and motivate a team in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Yardi, Investran, or similar platforms) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous eye for detail and risk management.
