- Lead and mentor front desk team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage daily front desk operations including check-in/out, reservations, and billing
- Train staff on hotel systems, service standards, and emergency procedures
- Resolve guest complaints and complex issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Monitor front desk inventory and manage cash handling procedures
- Implement and maintain operational efficiency standards
- Generate daily reports and analyze performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years front desk experience in hospitality industry
- Previous supervisory or team leadership role preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic accounting knowledge for cash handling
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
