Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions
- Provide professional translation services for company documents, contracts, and communications between Indonesian and other languages
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions
- Manage candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems to ensure efficient workflow
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop appropriate recruitment plans
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and prepare regular reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Linguistics, Translation, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and translation roles, preferably in the mining or construction industry
- Fluency in Indonesian and at least one other language (English proficiency required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in recruitment software and translation tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
