Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor retail team members to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Monitor daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Implement and optimize retail strategies to enhance customer experience
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure seamless product availability
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail supervision or team leadership
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in logistics or courier industry preferred
