Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for cosmetics, personal care, and baby care categories
- Monitor team performance through KPI tracking and provide actionable feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure optimal product availability and merchandising standards in retail outlets
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams
- Strong understanding of retail distribution channels and consumer buying behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel across Makassar region
