Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales promoters to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily store performance and provide actionable feedback to team members to enhance sales techniques.
- Manage inventory levels of mobile accessories and ensure stock availability on the sales floor.
- Implement merchandising strategies to create attractive product displays that capture customer attention.
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly sales reports to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures and provide excellent customer service experiences.
- Coordinate with the regional office regarding promotions, pricing updates, and new product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the retail, electronics, or mobile accessories sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for reporting.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Deep passion for mobile technology and consumer electronics.
