Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and potential customers in Manokwari
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages
- Implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor team performance through KPI tracking and provide constructive feedback/coaching
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotions
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in sales leadership role, preferably in retail/consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in team management
- Strong knowledge of Manokwari market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in sales analytics tools and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for field visits)
