PT Wowin Purnomo Putera (Kudus) is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor Sales & Marketing to lead our FMCG distribution operations in the Kediri area. If you have a proven track record in driving sales growth across both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels, we want you on our team.
As a Supervisor, you will be the spearhead of our field operations, responsible for driving product availability, managing relationships with key retailers, and mentoring a team of sales personnel to ensure we consistently exceed our monthly revenue targets. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and possesses a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape in East Java.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets in the Kediri region.
- Manage and nurture relationships with Modern Trade (MT) accounts and General Trade (GT) outlets.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and service quality.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure efficient stock distribution and product visibility across all assigned coverage areas.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable reports to management to drive growth.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG industry.
- Mandatory: In-depth knowledge and operational experience in both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and reporting.
- Must be willing to be based in Kediri, East Java.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
