Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily sales operations to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Lead marketing activities and develop strategies to acquire new customers and expand the client base.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales progress and present findings to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a supervisory position.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
