Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service flow in a fast-paced CBD environment.
  • Lead and mentor junior service staff, fostering a positive and efficient team atmosphere.
  • Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements to maximize restaurant capacity and flow.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism and a smile.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash management and POS system reconciliation.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Ensure the dining area maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of front-of-house supplies.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage, but high-potential fresh beginners are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to lead a team and take initiative during peak service hours.
