Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service flow in a fast-paced CBD environment.
- Lead and mentor junior service staff, fostering a positive and efficient team atmosphere.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements to maximize restaurant capacity and flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism and a smile.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash management and POS system reconciliation.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Ensure the dining area maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of front-of-house supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage, but high-potential fresh beginners are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to lead a team and take initiative during peak service hours.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable with a rotating shift schedule within a 4-day work week framework.
