Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure gadget product availability.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales promoters to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and technical product knowledge.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales performance reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or in a similar role within the gadget/electronics retail sector.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken) to handle international product documentation and communication.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder and customer engagement.
- Deep understanding of current mobile gadget technologies and ecosystem.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious sales KPIs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
