Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and motivate the stewarding team to ensure daily operational excellence.
  • Design and implement efficient shift schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage as required.
  • Oversee the cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen equipment, workspaces, and storage areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and coordinate procurement with the supply chain team.
  • Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance) across the facility.
  • Perform regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to the engineering department.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for new and existing stewarding staff.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in a stewarding or kitchen management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen sanitation chemicals, tools, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Indonesian (English is a plus).
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling high-pressure operational demands.
