Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure peak efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly implemented and maintained.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure accurate visual merchandising standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer escalations with professionalism.
- Maintain store security and safety protocols to protect company assets and staff.
- Prepare regular sales reports and operational feedback for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics or consumer goods sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Profound understanding of retail operations, including inventory control and sales management.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
