- Manage daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Implement visual merchandising standards to maintain brand image
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive business growth
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, preferably in fashion/luxury brands
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Passion for fashion and luxury retail industry
