Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all SOPs regarding product quality, hygiene, and store maintenance.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering raw materials and managing waste.
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to maintain high levels of team service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to uphold brand reputation.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly operational reports for regional management.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure a secure environment for both customers and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the F&B or retail industry.
- Deep understanding of coffee culture and operational store management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and store financial targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital POS systems.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
