Join YMCA of Singapore in shaping young minds as a Supervisor for our Student Care Centre. Lead a dedicated team in delivering transformative after-school programs that nurture primary school children's academic, social, and emotional development. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of student care staff to deliver high-quality after-school programs
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities focusing on academic enrichment, social skills, and physical development
- Oversee daily operations including attendance tracking, safety protocols, and program logistics
- Monitor children's progress and maintain regular communication with parents regarding development and behavior
- Coordinate with school administration and community partners to align program objectives with educational goals
- Manage administrative tasks including budget oversight, staff scheduling, and incident reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and YMCA's child protection policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field (Degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in child care or educational program supervision
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of child development principles and Singapore's MOE guidelines
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and stakeholders
- Experience developing curriculum for primary school-aged children
- Passion for YMCA's mission and values in youth development
