Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of childcare staff/volunteers in delivering daily after-school activities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate educational and recreational programmes
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, licensing requirements, and child protection policies
- Manage centre operations including resource allocation, budget tracking, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate with schools and parents regarding student progress and programme feedback
- Monitor attendance, behaviour, and developmental needs of children in care
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in childcare/youth programme management
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
- Knowledge of MOE's Student Care Centre licensing requirements
- Passion for working with children aged 6-12 years
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and documentation
