We are currently seeking a talented and driven Supervisor, Supply Chain & Logistics to join our operations team and play a critical role in managing our end-to-end supply chain activities.
As the Supply Chain and Logistics Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of our operational success. You will oversee the daily warehouse and logistics functions, manage a high-performing team, and ensure the seamless flow of materials and finished goods. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily supply chain and logistics operations to ensure efficient workflow, accurate inventory, and timely delivery of goods.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, warehouse associates, and drivers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and physical audits, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining high data integrity in the WMS/ERP system.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with freight forwarders or carriers, and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery schedules.
- Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, warehouse capacity, and cost per unit to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service departments to forecast demand, plan resources, and resolve supply chain issues.
- Lead warehouse layout planning and process improvement initiatives to enhance space utilization, productivity, and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record in managing inventory, logistics, and warehouse teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and Singapore's customs regulations.
- Certification in Supply Chain or Logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD, CPIM) is an advantage.
