Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day tax and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local standards.
- Manage the preparation and timely submission of various tax returns including VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 22 Import, and PPh 29.
- Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during fiscal audits to ensure transparent tax documentation.
- Provide strategic tax planning advice to minimize liabilities while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to ensure professional growth and operational accuracy.
- Stay updated on changes in Indonesian tax laws and communicate impacts to management effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in taxation and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth mastery of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21, 23, 25, 22, 29).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Hold a Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred.
