- Supervise and coordinate technical teams to ensure timely completion of service orders

Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 degree in Engineering or Technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical supervision role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/home appliance repair systems
- Certification in technical management preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with service management software
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
