Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise end-to-end daily dispatch and local transportation operations to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.
- Develop, optimize, and implement transportation strategies, delivery routes, and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of drivers and logistics coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety and accountability.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, fleet utilization, and cost per delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and local transportation regulations.
- Collaborate with warehousing, customer service, and planning teams to resolve operational issues and improve supply chain agility.
- Oversee fleet maintenance schedules, driver assignments, and vehicle documentation to ensure operational readiness.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline dispatch processes and enhance service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Klang Valley and Selangor transportation networks, routes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of managing and motivating a team to achieve operational targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize routes and reduce costs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Possession of a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D/GDL is a strong advantage).
