Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of travel consultants to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Monitor and maintain exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Oversee daily branch operations including resource allocation and process optimization
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Train staff on product knowledge, booking systems, and service protocols
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare performance reports and analyze key metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in travel/tourism with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in travel industry
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expert knowledge of travel booking systems and industry regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
