Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of travel consultants to achieve performance targets and service excellence
- Develop, implement, and conduct comprehensive training programs for product knowledge, sales techniques, and client relationship management
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Handle complex client inquiries and resolve escalated issues to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create competitive travel packages and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and travel safety standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine team strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of travel industry experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in performance tracking and reporting
- Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) and CRM software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages are advantageous
- Certification in travel management or hospitality preferred
